Which parts of the program can you coordinate?
Our operations scope includes budgets and schedules, vendors, crew and travel logistics, tournament operations, on-site command and stakeholder reporting. The brief establishes who owns each part of the program.
Do you support competition and esports operations?
Yes. Tournament and competition operations are part of the service. The Bell Esports Challenge combined online qualifiers, registration, player travel and the live final in one national program.
Can you work with our existing partners?
Yes. We coordinate responsibilities and schedules around the client, venue, vendors and production teams already involved. Share the current team structure and any fixed milestones with the brief.
