Information you provide

When you contact Maelstrom Entertainment or submit a project inquiry, you may provide your name, company, contact information, project details, dates, budget range and requested services.

How the project form works

The project form stores the details you submit in Maelstrom’s protected lead-management workflow and attempts to create a matching record in our project pipeline. If pipeline delivery is temporarily unavailable, the inquiry is retained for follow-up and flagged for attention. If secure online storage is unavailable, the site prepares an email in your own email application so you can choose to send the same information directly to info@mse.gg.

How we use information

Information you send is used to respond to inquiries, assess potential projects, provide services and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information.

Attribution and website analytics

When available, an inquiry may include referral and campaign information contained in the page address, the referring page supplied by your browser and the landing page used to submit the form. The website also records limited first-party, cookie-free events such as page views, calls to action, form starts, submissions and errors so Maelstrom can understand aggregate traffic and improve lead delivery. These events do not use advertising cookies or create a cross-site profile.

Service providers

Maelstrom may use service providers to host the website, operate the inquiry workflow and maintain business systems. They process information for Maelstrom under their applicable service terms and safeguards.

Retention and safeguards

Business correspondence is retained only as reasonably required for the inquiry, services, legal obligations and legitimate business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information. Website operations and inquiry reports are restricted to authorized personnel.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to legal and business-record requirements.
